HAPPY HOUR RE-MIX

The holiday season is here and that means it’s time to eat, drink, and be merry! Happy hour at-home is a great way to celebrate the season with your bubble and homemade cocktails are a fun way to get creative. To toast the season, we invited Epicure Global Director Synara Brown to whip up some Epicur-ized cocktails using both current Catalogue products and with some that you may have stashed in your pantry. APPLE PIE OLD-FASHIONED

4 oz fresh apple cider

2 oz bourbon or whiskey

2 dashes bitters

1/4 tsp Apple Pie Seasoning

Stir with ice, pour into a rocks glass, garnish with fresh apple.

SMOKY MARGARITA

Rim a glass with Sea Salt and Smoked Spanish Paprika

2 oz lime juice

1 oz white tequila

1 oz mezcal

1 oz Cointreau

1 Tbs agave nectar

1/4 tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika

Shake all contents and pour over ice, in a rimmed glass. Garnish with lime.

MEDICINE HAT

1.5 oz lime juice

3 oz white rum

1/2 oz maple syrup

1/4 tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika

2 sage leaves

2 dashes bitters

Vigorously shake with ice, pour into a coupe glass, garnish with a sage leaf
